Samantha Davis
Director of Operations
Samantha is the Director of Operations at 3Summits Law, a role that is as multifaceted as she is. While her title suggests a focus on operations, Samantha wears many hats, serving as our HR Manager, IT Specialist, Calendar Coordinator, and all-around Problem Solver. Her ability to seamlessly juggle these responsibilities makes her an indispensable part of our team. Coming from a family deeply rooted in the legal profession, Samantha was naturally drawn to the legal field. This personal connection, combined with her professional training and experience, enables her to handle a wide range of responsibilities with efficiency and grace.
Samantha earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, laying the groundwork for her expertise in organizational management and public policy. She also holds a Paralegal Certificate, which has been vital in bridging the gap between legal operations and client services. Samantha completed her Master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Law at Texas A&M University, further enhancing her ability to manage the firm’s human resources, compliance, and legal processes.
Outside of the office, Samantha loves supporting young professionals in our community. She has served as the Journey Vice Chair on the Gwinnett Young Professionals Advisory Board since 2021 and is a recipient of the prestigious GYP’s 35 Under 35 Award. Samantha is also passionate about giving back to the community and enjoys volunteering in her free time.
She also enjoys a vibrant personal life with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. A lover of live music, travel, and community service, Samantha values spending quality time with family, balancing her multifaceted professional life with a fulfilling personal one, and making the most of every moment together. Her ability to strike this balance is truly inspiring.
Olivia Andrews
Paralegal
Olivia serves as a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal, supporting clients and attorneys alike through every phase of a case- from the initial intake call with a potential client to day-to-day case management to comprehensive trial preparation. Her commitment to both clients and colleagues reflects Olivia’s deep-rooted passion for advocacy and service to those around her.
Olivia began her legal career as a legal assistant at a mid-size, homegrown civil litigation firm, where she gained hands-on experience in a wide range of practice areas—from estate planning and probate, to family law, insurance defense, business litigation, and municipal law. She transitioned to a prominent insurance defense firm in downtown Atlanta, where she deepened her understanding of personal injury cases and how large corporations operate behind the scenes to protect their interests. While this experience strengthened her legal acumen, Olivia felt a growing desire to return to her roots and directly serve the individuals in her own community. Motivated by a passion for helping others, she returned to Gwinnett, where she now leverages her extensive knowledge and experience to provide meticulous, client-centered advocacy. Olivia’s approach is marked by her unwavering attention to detail and genuine empathy, ensuring that each client receives the thoughtful and thorough support they deserve.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Young Harris College, with a double minor in Psychology and Women and Gender Studies. Her academic background reflects her enduring love of communication, and advocacy—both of which shine through in her work with clients with clarity and compassion.
Outside the office, Olivia is driven by the same passion for service and community. She’s active in her local community and enjoys volunteer service work, spending time with her husband and young son, hiking North Georgia’s beautiful trails, cooking, and visiting her favorite local farmers markets. A lifelong learner at heart, she’s always exploring new ideas and perspectives, both in law and in life.
Toni Ivey
Intern
Toni Ivey is a senior at Central Gwinnett High School and initially joined 3Summits as a summer intern. She was thrilled at the opportunity to join our team as a Legal Assistant after her internship. As a Lawrenceville native, Toni finds it rewarding to support the community while gaining hands-on experience in the legal field.
After graduation, Toni plans to attend college and pursue a career in law. She hopes to become an attorney focused on helping underserved communities.
When she’s not in class or the office, Toni loves spending time with her family and friends, cheerleading, singing in chorus and exploring the world of law.
